Mezcla No. 1

Castillo

Ripe tropical fruit, Tangerine, Milk chocolate, and Brown sugar

£16.95

Where balance meets indulgence.

Bright tangerine and orange zest lead the way, giving a lively, citric spark that softens into smooth notes of milk chocolate and brown sugar. A gentle sugarcane sweetness rounds the finish, leaving a velvety, lingering warmth that bridges fruit and depth in perfect harmony.

A study in duality and design.

Mezcla No. 1 is a blend for those who crave both energy and elegance—a coffee that thrives under the pressure and precision of espresso. Grown along the shores of the Baché River in Santa María, Huila, it’s built on the synergy of two distinct processes applied to the same Castillo variety: 50 percent naturally processed, 50 percent traditionally washed. The washed lot undergoes a careful fermentation before being fully rinsed and patio-dried, preserving crisp acidity and refined sweetness. The natural lot, dried slowly within its cherry under controlled heat and airflow, develops dense sugars and fruit depth. When united, the result is a cup that’s bold yet structured—alive with contrast yet perfectly in harmony.
