For Tom, coffee became a daily practice — a way to chase flavour, refine technique, and turn routine into craft. For Daniela, it was always an anchor, a rhythm that started every day. He brought the perspective of specialty coffee in the UK; she brought the heritage and depth of Colombia, where coffee is part of the landscape itself. Together, it became clear: this wasn’t just a habit, it was something worth building a life around.

We didn’t set out to reinvent the industry. Coffee is everywhere.
