2. Perishable Goods (Coffee and Coffee Bars)
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on coffee or coffee bars, as these products are perishable and cannot be restocked.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@galluscoffee.co so that we can review and resolve the issue.
3. Merchandise Returns
We offer a 28-day return window for merchandise (such as apparel and accessories) subject to the conditions below.

Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be:
