Hierba No. 1 is where the story starts.

A washed Castillo from the banks of the Baché River in Huila, Colombia. Clean, citric, and completely unfussy — tangerine brightness, sugar cane sweetness, and a familiar finish of chocolate. The kind of cup that works at 7am, again at 3pm, and doesn't make a thing of it.

It also happens to be one half of Sombra No. 1 — blended with its natural counterpart from Tolima. Same variety, two processes, one blend. Worth knowing. Worth trying all three if you're that way inclined.

For now though, this one stands entirely on its own.
